1.The Consumer-cum-distributor must be of 18 years of age. If under aged, his or her guardian must sign the application form and other documents.

3.The Consumer-cum-distributor has seen, gone through, understood and agrees to adhere to and abide by the bylaws, standing orders and terms and conditions of the Company.

4. Consumer-cum-distributor position cannot be transferred or assigned during Consumer-cum-distributor’s life time without the written consent of the Company.

5.The Consumer-cum-distributor hereby confirms that he/she has entered into this agreement as an independent Consumer-cum-distributor . Nothing in this agreement shall establish any employment relationship or other labour relationships between the Consumer-cum-distributor and the Company. Nothing shall establish the Consumer-cum-distributor’s position as a procurer, broker, commercial agent, mandatory or contracting representative.

6.When purchase or sell Company products; the Consumer-cum-distributor will act as an independent vendor acting in his / her name at own responsibility and account. The Consumer-cum-distributor is not responsible for the payment of all self employment taxes and all other taxes required under any taxing agency.

7.The Consumer-cum-distributor shall not sell any Company product exceeding /lower than the price fixed by the Company from time to time.

8.The Company will deal exclusively with the Consumer-cum-distributor in his/her name in all the business matters like commission payments, recognitions and other benefits.

9.Relationship and other activities between the Company and the Consumer-cum-distributor shall be governed by the rules, in addition to this agreement a) the Company brochure b) rules of conduct policies and procedures, the Company may amend time to time, with immediate effect.

10.The Consumer-cum-distributorship is valid for one year from the date of approval of application.

11.The Company may reject this application or application for renewal for any reason, at it's discretion.

12.In the case of any Consumer-cum-distributorship other than in the individual format, should be signed by the authorized signatories with official seal .

13.The Company has not collected any deposit from anybody, not forced anybody directly or indirectly to be a Consumer-cum-distributor. Whoever has become, as a Consumer-cum-distributor in the Company is at his/ her own will after carefully understanding all the aspects about the Company.

14.Statutory levies as and when directed be the Government like TDS etc. along with the service charges and other deductions will be charged by the Company. Trimming or inclusion of further tails may be done.

15.The Company reserves the right to amend or terminate the marketing policies in part or full with or without prior notice.

16.No other similar business should be promoted by the Consumer-cum-distributor especially in the Company or meeting premises, during the period of agreement.

17.The Company may terminate the Consumer-cum-distributorship without any further notice or clarifications if he/she is involving in any activities against the interests of the Company or violating the rules and regulations of the Company.

18.The Consumer-cum-distributor does not have the right to use the Company name or the trade names, logos, sales materials, trademarks or services except in materials provided by the Company or approved in writing by the Company prior to their use.
19.The Consumer-cum-distributor hereby agrees to transfer a portion of the commission payouts accumulated in his/ her account to any account maintained by the Company for the welfare of the Consumer -cum-distributor.
20.The Consumer-cum-distributor should submit his duly signed application form without fail within two weeks from the date of his online sign-up, failing which the Consumer -cum-distributorship will be blocked till the receipt of the physical application form at our Head Office, through any of our offices.
21. If a Consumer -cum-distributor wants to terminate his/her Consumer -cum-distributorship and get the refund, he/she will have to submit the application for the same along with the joining product package received within 15days from his online signup.
